What brings people here

Specialties

Therapy for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, ADHD, infertility and postpartum challenges, and the stress carried by first responders and other helping professionals.

We are all shaped by the sum of our life experiences. The key lies in understanding how these experiences connect and influence us. I provide professional counseling to help you explore these connections, with support in the areas below and beyond.

A place where you don't have to hold it all together

I will meet you with warmth, curiosity, and honesty, and support you in uncovering the deeper patterns that may be keeping you stuck. You're the expert in your story, and I'm here to walk alongside you as you heal, grow, and move toward a life that feels more true to you.

  • Adults

Therapy with adults addresses the emotional, psychological, and relationship challenges that come up at different stages of life: young adults finding their identity and independence, midlife adults managing career, relationships and personal growth, and older adults facing transitions and thinking about legacy. Through evidence-based approaches, clients can build self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and grow healthier relationships.

  • Couples (limited spaces)

Couples therapy helps partners strengthen their relationship, improve communication, and resolve conflict in a supportive, structured setting. Together we look at patterns of interaction, name what sits underneath, and practice healthier ways to connect. Couples can deepen emotional closeness, rebuild trust, and understand each other better, so both people feel heard, valued, and supported.

  • Life transitions

Life transitions, planned or unexpected, can bring both opportunity and uncertainty. Career changes, parenthood, marriage, divorce, moving, aging, or loss can stir up anxiety, grief, and confusion. In therapy, we make room for those feelings, name your strengths, and build ways of coping, so you can adapt, find meaning in the change, and create a renewed sense of stability and purpose.

First responders and other helping professionals

I specialize in helping women and first responders carry the emotional load of anxiety, trauma, life transitions, infertility, depression, trouble with focus or attention, and much more. I support adults facing daily stress: teachers, health care workers, therapists, aviation professionals, mothers balancing work and home, students, police officers, and firefighters.

We want to care for the people who care for all of us.
